We like to do stuff for people. People like to eat and drink. They also like to live somewhere. And they like to be entertained and inspired. So these are the areas in which we develop consistent projects. And when they are developed, we also manage them. 

RESIDENZ HOTEL EUROSTAR 

A Place to Sleep

We initially startet out as a normal hotel quite a while ago. Then Corona came along, and travelling came to a stop. On the other hand people without a home needed a safe place to stay more than ever. So we changed the hotel's purpose, it's been a homeless shelter ever since. We still manage the place with a lot of enthusiasm.

TEAMTOWN 

Experiencing Team-Spirit

Our newest project. A mixture between an interactive exhibition and a theme-oriented amusement park. Thematically it's all about the value of teamspirit. About a dozen interactive devices adress different aspects, and everything can be experienced playfully and physically.

STORES TO RENT

Sustainable Businesses

We rent out stores and offices especially to entrepreneurs with business models that are based on sustainability and creativity. We plan to enlarge our real estate portfolio in the future in order to rent out more spaces for these types of entrepreneurs.
